ConverCiti Podcasts bring you insights and observations from the sharpest minds around the planet on the most seminal issues of our times. This is where we challenge conventional wisdom, make a deep dive into politics, culture, and economics, and play gracefully with ideas. Our podcasts range across multiple formats from one-on-one interviews to panel discussions to newsroom style (but without the noise!) debates that are designed to get you thinking.

In our debut episode, we are joined by four of the world’s best young debaters- Hadar Goldberg (Israel), Jessica Musulin (Australia), Klaudia Maciejewska (Poland), and Shruti Deb (India) for a discussion on Politics and the Role of the Youth in the Age of Covid-19. The aim here is to get a comprehensive idea on how the pandemic has changed the world (as we knew it) by contextualising the challenges and solutions found in four countries, each with its own strengths and weaknesses.

In Part 1 of the podcast, our panellists discuss the impact the pandemic has had in their respective countries, the measures that have been taken, and what concerns them the most about their domestic situations in these unprecedented times. This is where they evaluate the performance of their respective governments besides informing us of the major decisions that have underlined the pandemic response strategies in each case.
