Sharan is a PhD Student in Applied Economics at the Charles H. Dyson School of Management, Cornell University. His research focuses International Finance, Trade Policy and International Macroeconomics. Having completed his undergraduate education in economics from Presidency University, Kolkata, he was previously an Eiffel Excellence Scholar at the Paris School of International Affairs, Sciences Po, where he completed his masters in International Economic Policy.
